which one should i get and what will work bigger smaller?
I would go with the 2.63"-2.94"...but that is just a guess...since the 3" was too big. But I really don't know. Let me know if you find one that works

I've had that problem before but I just keep a screw driver in my glove just incase... For the sake of reference, I coasted for awile til the car was seriously struggling to make it up the hill and pulled into the nearest side street. No CEL, no nothing... Just the sudden loss of power and that loud POOF sound... For the more cautious type, keep a whole tool box in the trunk. I know I do if I'm driving anywhere out of the area... Anyway, T-clamps are another good option but I just opt to tighten the life out of my existing hose clamp... as far as clamp of choice, (2.63 - 2.94) would be the better choice... Just my .02 =D

I just took my clamp from the stock MAF pipe to the turbo and put it on the IC pipe on top of the stock clamp, so yes I have 2 clamps on it and it hasn't moved yet

2.5" for everything else (maybe smaller for the turbo outlet), and a 3" for the throttle body.

2.5" for upper pipe and intercooler. 2.25" for lower pipe and 2.75 for throttle body. Don't get 3" becuz it will be to big. I had to order two set because of mistake. I have BR S4 though.

you don't even have to do it all the way around. just a few 1" long beeds and it won't pop off again!
