My dealer uses Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil but that oil is imported from Japan and is in japanese. I want to use similar Mobil 1 oil but cant find the same identical oil. Will any Mobil 1 or any synthetic oil be ok for the Evo? BTW if you look at the picture what does SL/CF mean?

Unless you're getting the Mobil 1 for free, I would use Redline, Royal Purple or Amsoil , a little more $$$ though.
