And why would he need these things:

AEM EMS w sd convert or HKS F Con V Pro
Fuel rail
Ext.l ATL fuel tank with two Bosch fuel Pump
HKS 272/272
Fully ported head
JUN valve guide
Ferra valve with Seat locators
HKS Kansai or HKS 1.6mm metal head gasket
Cutom made intercooler kit with very strong BOV
EBC or MBC
Oil catch can(For engine saftey)
Why the AEM EMS and the HKS cams when he already got JUN cams and Motec ECU??? And stock fuel rail will work fine with those injectors. Stock head gasket will work fine. One Walbro in tank pump will work fine. Stock head will work fine. Stock Valves and guides will work fine. Stock intercooler will work fine. And why on earth an EBC or MBC when his Motec is perfectly capable of controlling boost and also provides safety features to reduce boost at certain criteria’s? And finally would you like to explain what kind of engine safety the oil catch tank would provide?

I really don’t see the point in telling somebody that he needs all these things when he really doesn’t? I won’t argue that a ported head and a larger intercooler would improve performance but they are hardly mandatory to install a 3037?

i have on the car now,
walbro 225lph
1.5 hks head gasget,
264/264 jun cam and cam gears,
trust big intercooler
buscher racing upper intercooler pipe,
buscher racing turbo pipe,
hks oil cooler upgrade,
cusco oil catch tank,
motech

i dont think i will need to do any further mods apart from replacing the turbo pipe to one that fits onto the turbo, and a new hks downpipe, since my flange is for the stock turbo.

you do not need all the things that this guy said above. You need custom made DP, 750~ injectors and good tuner.

PM if you have questions

Exactly correct, if you do install the HKS kit be sure to always be aware of this becuase it can turn into a dangerous situation very quickly. HKS makes great stuff, some alittle over priced in my opinion but I don't see why they don't pay more attention to the mainifold build quality. Just somthing to be aware of.

Tuning is the key in order to make some power. If you have the bes kit in the world, without good tuning, you simply won't be able to make some good power.

So #s will depend on the tuning and how much boost you are running of course.. that won't be more than 20-21 on 91 i believe.

As for the injectors, you would need at least 660s as your duty cycle will max when you reach around 340-350whp on pump...

In my opinion, HKS makes good stuff however some people were having problems with their manifold (cracking) and also you will need to come up with a downpipe... so keep those in mind.
