torco fuels??

torco fuels??

i am going to try this product that torco fuels makes. it is called unleaded accelerator race fuel concentrate..comes in a 32 oz bottle and is supposed to raise your pump gas already in your tank up to a 104 octane...being in cali where we have 91 premium at the pump adding about 10 oz per tank should yeild around 94 octane..well i hope this product works...any of you guys use this stuff???

Just make sure the measurement is what you think it is. Some octane boosters site "points" of increase in octane which are 1/10th of a percent of an octane increase. So if they tell you 91 octane will come up 13 points you my actually be getting 92.3 octane.

With regard to Torco products, I know that Jon at Team Rip (Gears is his name on this board) likes Torco oils for the transmission.

from what i've read on torco fuels web site is that there product is not an octane booster that you buy at auto parts stores it is a concentrated race fuel that will yield about 104 octane when you mix a 32 oz bottle to a full tank of 93 pump gas...

Yes torco is the real stuff. It works very well and it keeps your fuel unleaded so it doesn't harm O2 sensors.

just so you know torco racing oil and torco race fuels are two different companies. i've heard very good things about the lubricants aswell.
