from what i have been readling lately, many say the stock injectors are plenty for what you would have, they say theres no point in putting new ones in until you get a bigger turbo.. idk the facts on that, but if you were to get bigger injectors you probaly woudlnt' have to go that big like 660cc would be more then enough..

larger injectors like 720(a 30% increase over stock)cc would allow you to advance timing in combination w/ a SAFC ,because the safc has no controll over timing and it "hacks" the valve opening aspect
dont get me wrong the stockers are very efficient but they see a full duty cycle at WOT and higher boost levels, and eventually become a restriction depending on what modification route you choose

depending on the size of the injectors, no ..
the good thing about the stock ECU is its so smart and safe, its not funny :P
I've seen ignition retards up to 5 degrees the moment there's a hint of knock .. running at 19psi at 6500rpms with a 5 deg retard is big time powerloss ..
you're actually better off running it rich .. unless you can adjust the timing .. though then comes the issue of maxing out the injectors ..
Tomeiecu, you're actually one of the 1st I heard that requires running rich at higher rpms with an upgraded fuelpump .. standard tomei ecus advance timing but leaves the fuelling relatively stock .. they tend to run in the region of 10.9 to 10.5 AFR ..
if you can check your dyno chart .. I believe there's a dip between 45 to 6000rpms ??
