Where can I get one that will bolt up to the stock manifold or is this one of them hypothetical questions?

i'd say its an evo VIII, not a 3 
but here's a thread that's been ongoing about buschur's 20G upgrade. Sound's solid. Buschur's 20G You can also purchase the Evo 6.5 (tommy makinen edition) turbo which is also 20G.

yeah sorry about that, TME isnt a 20G, however in that thread about the buschur upgrade they said you can upgrade a TME turbo which would make sense if you already have a TME turbo because you'd already be half way there. But if you upgrade the stock one, you get the same stuff. Here's the TME and you can even see "16G" on the side.
