Take it from me since I also ordered from ebay and mess up. I have BRS4 setup. Depending on what silcone coupling you use the intercooler piping will be 2.5" (BR silicone coupler). If the coupling is thick then get 2.75". For the throttle body it's 2.75"

All I can find at Napa was 3" or bigger which sucked!!!!

Heres what I did when the my clamp went bad on my throttle body. I went to a local place that sells parts for semis (rigs). I think size was 2.9 to 3.1 roughly. The style I put on is the big metal band with a spring loaded nut that you tighten down. I have not had any problems at all since then. I found all this out from a buddy of mine who is a trucker driver that rigs intercooler pipes and connectors are about the same size as ours. And it only cost me $5.

most of the intercooler pipes are 2.5" but the throttle body is a 2.75"-3"(either one will fit) The Inlet of the turbo is a good 3" with the coupler on there. I'm not sure what the turbo outlet size is though. Probably a 2.25"-2.5"

all i know is that a 300 is to big, i bought several and haven't had time to return them yet. i was going to switch to a 250 . The 75 is good for the bov though, but i took them off. i keep adjusting the bov, and when i finally get it done right, i'll switch for the tbolts. i think the 300 is good for the throttle body though. If anyone needs a guarantee place to get them, i buy mine from an air/hydraulic supply store, here in hawaii called hydra-air pacific. i think almost any of these types of shops will have em.

ok sorry guys couldn't find it for the life of me but I am fairly sure that IF you are using the stock i/c pipes you will need 3 of the tbolts that can go to a minimum of 2.25", you will need ones with a minimum of 2.5" for where the pipes connect to the stock endtank, now if you go up to 5 ply silicone couplings you will have to account for that as well. Napa has a book with all of these in it for anyone who has as store around them, all of the ones I know of stock these pretty regularily.
