393 hp, 406 tq, stock turbo, stock ecu

We made 393 hp, 406 tq on a AWD dynojet today. Mods are Buschur stage 4 (hks 272 cams, fmic and piping, 680cc injectors ,etc.), Buschur stage 4 pump gas flash, Apex s-afc, hks evc 5, and derek devices methanol injection kit. This was done on 93 octane pump gas, bone stock turbo (no porting or 10.5 hotside), and stock bottom end. Boost peaked at 28 psi in the midrange and fell off to 22 psi up top. We will be breaking 400 in the next week after we install the Magnus intake manifold and more afc tuning. Car was tuned by Daniel Willie at Batlground Engineering.

Get the head, O2 housing and turbo ported and let us know what you make then. Awsome numbers! And to think some people thought the stock turbo couldn't make big numbers.

Thanks guys!

The car has had Buschur stage 4 for 14k miles now and after the dyno tuning today, we tested the compression. 158-162 all the way across and we pulled the plugs and there was no signs of detonation. That shows you the durability of the 4g63 with good tuning. GT35r will be going on with AEM in the next few weeks and we just want to max out the stock turbo and stock ecu/maf first. I don't recommend this boost for daily driving, your turbo will be toast in no time!

So you got a 43whp increase with the methanol inj. I take it this not a kit designed for the Evo but is one Batlground is providing. Do you have to use a seperate tank for the kit? Great power increase!

28 psi is great! so few mods and so much power is always a great thing.

How is your setup with S-AFC? I'm thinking about doing that instead of other stand alone or piggyback... before i have enough money for hydro or aem.

I heard it somewhere that you could only boost 22 psi with S-AFC... must be the fuel cut out flash.

I believe he is runin the Buschur Flash ecu with fine tuning with a SAFC - a lethal combination.

Nice looking curve BTW !
