I would like to know too. I bet a lot has too do on the diameter of the downpipe. 3 inch downpipe helix would be good, smaller downpipe like HKS, port stocker?

2.5 and 3 downpipe made almost same power .buschur did test .
and buschur is using ported and coated stock manifold and o2 housing. instead of aftermarket o2 housing.
wonder why buschur didnt go with helix(aftermarket) o2 housing?

He stuck with the ported stock o2 due to the fact that the aftermarket solutions don't come with a support bracket for the turbo. The stock one seems to be much sturdier, the aftermarkets have yet to cause any problems with coming loose (at least not that i know of) however why risk it? After all, its your baby we're talking about here.

Have you seen the WORKS Cast O2 housing with bracket support and all.

Just like OEM but it has a 3.0" outlet (instead of stock 2.5"), much bigger cavity, and works with our 3.0" downpipe which already includes a 3.0" doughnut gasket.

Porting your stock o2 housing will save you $$$, use the money you save on other mods.
