possible leak?

i went to drag my car at the track today and something was definitely wrong with my car. whenever i WOT and shift, the exhaust would sputter and lag before boost would recover. almost every gear it would do that. even this morning onto the freeway i hit WOT in third gear and after flooring the pedal the fourth it would as if choke and sputter before it would resume boosting again. last week one of my intercooler hose clamps came off and i really retightened it. is there a boost leak somewhere in the stock intercooler pipes? or exhaust leak?

Build yourself an intake leak tester. A very valuable tool that everyone should have. Do an intake leak test, and that will answer your question.
