Help with my stutter problem?

Ok, here is a list of my mods and the problem I am having

AEM intake
Hallman MBC
Walbro 255
3 in TBE
HKS 272 Cams
Ecu Reflash
NGK BPR7ES plugs gapped at .026
Buschur Upper IC pipe
Helix Lower IC pipe
Buschur Intercooler
1G BOV

The problem I am having is between shifts. It seems as if when I am really giving it all its got, I shift and then come bacxk on throttle, the car stumbles for a split second and then the power comes back online. It feels kind of like a misfire, but I checked all the plugs, changed them out and everything and don't have a check engine light. I replaced some vacuum line from the FPR and what not to see if that might have been the problem and it still does it. One thing weird that I realized was that in the mornings while it was cold and my car was still warming up, driving around in a low gear my EGT's would always be aroun 1400-1500 degrees farenheit. The all of a sudden they dropped like 150-200 degrees F from what I was used to. Also I used to be able to hear my Walbro and now I cannot hear the loud whine? Yes the pump is still working. I checked all my electrical connections to the plugs and coils and everything is good there as well. Once again I do not have an SES light or anything. The car pulls really hard, but the minute you downshift or upshift really fast it stumbles for a second. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

I would suggest doing a boost leak test and check all your fittings to make sure they have not been tightened so tight they cut the coupler maybe. My friend ran into the same problem and thats what it turned out to be. Have you tried a compression test? Ignition wires maybe?

My first guess would be a boost leak because you car stutters when you downshift, thus air is leaking and your getting too much feul and bogging the engine until the turbo spools up more and can eventually somewhat match the feul being delivered. Just a reach though. Good luck.

1. Pump could be taking a poop or not enough voltage.
2. Injectors might need to be cleaned. Do you run alot of leaded race gas?
3. Hole in FMIC, piping, or coupler.
4. Check your throttle cable for binding.(i'm reaching here)

Kinda hard to diagnos your problem over the internet.

Just checked all the piping for leaks and what not, nothing there, took of the FMIC, nothing there, I am going to go for a drive tonight. If it keeps acting up, I am going to throw in my stock pump to see if that might be the problem. Thanks for the suggestions. I will look at the throttle cable as well.....you never know. I put a ground wire back on its intended location, hopefully that may change things? Who knows, wish me luck

Try taking out the intake, unless your car is tuned for it

When you say you checked for leaks, do you mean you used a air compresser and it held 25psi steady and you sprayed everything down with soapy water?

After I was done checking everything under the su, I put some good gas in, not the normal 91 pump ****, drove it for a bit and it is all good now. Crappy gas here in Utah.
