522 Awhp, Stock Intake, Stock Exhaust Manifold, Stock Block

Hey everyone,
We just made 522 ALL WHEEL HORSEPOWER and 424 all wheel torque. We just installed the new turbo adapter kit, the turbo is a gt35r with a t04e cover, thats 3" inlet and 2" outlet. There is a 4" inlet available witha to4s cover, we will try that next week. We used the STOCK MANIFOLD, and the STOCK INTAKE MANIFOLD. We have a magnus and will put that on next week also. The chart is SAE corrected and smoothing 5 is on. The car has an aem, the fuel was 50% 93 and 50% 116. The boost hit 32 and fell to 30 psi. Check out the graph below. There is hope for all you budget minded people who want to make 500 to the ground.

here is a link to a movie of one of the pulls:

I knew the stock airbox was good. They even use it in the FQ-400
Nice numbers by the way.

Doesnt say anything about stock airbox?

Nice numbers !! From what I have read the manifold is no good at flowing alot of air on the top end... from the ATP kits..

But this shows it can be done, very nice..

You think the cast manifold is a good design for upgraded turbo or is the stock design more to provide superior torque for the stock 16g?

Just wondering cause if thats the case,I was considering those atp kits.. that use the stock cast manifold..Thats alotta boost for us 91 oct users

The AEM i heard makes a big difference but going stand alone is a big step...$$ Wonder what it would make on a road tuned ecu?

Keep up the good work!

thanks,
the car has a big frontmount, 3" exhaust, gsc 272 cams, ported exhaust manifold, gt35r adapter plate and kit, aem cdi with msd coils, aem ems, walbro 255 fuel pump, 680cc injectors. This was on no methanol and no nitrous, as i am sure that will come up in a few threads.

you just have to run a bit more % of race gas. A flashed ecu will not handle this power. we tried it on the bushur/al reflash and got 360 all wheel horsepower at 20 psi.

Sorry, we can't give you pics of the adapter plate...it is pending patent. This is the final stages of the testing of the kit on the stock block.

i think its going to be pretty hard to get awarded a patent for an adapter plate.
