Looking for boost readings from turbo nipple vs. intake manifold
I've done a fair bit of searching, but THIS topic I have not been able to find an answer for.
Right now, since I figured I'd just see how the turbo itself was performing, I am reading boost with my Blitz DTT-DC off of the turbo nipple itself. Boost reads just fine, and the car feels good with my Hallman Evo RX kit set at around 1.4 bar. (20.3psi) ....however, I am not reading any vacuum. I'm going to go ahead and cap the turbo nipple and read the boost off the intake manifold like most suggest, but I was wondering why I wouldn't be reading any vacuum off the turbo nipple, could my Blitz be on the Fritz? I've installed several of these without issue, but there's a first time for everything! Thoughts?

You see vacuum only after the throttle. The turbo is upstream.

...This was my best guess as well, although I'd never expiramented with this setup on my old GSX.
Thanks for the response. I'm sure I'll switch it this weekend.
