i installed my crower valve springs and retainers with the help of a buddy. it was a pain, but we didn't have to take the head off. i searched and bought four different spring compressors. i still have my snap-on tool, but none were used. we did the install with four flathead screw drivers. if you need help with this type of install, pm me. justin
