they would, except they can basically be calibrated to read whatever numbers the end user wants them to...i dyno'd about 20whp less on a dynapack as opposed to a dynojet when i had my jetta

J Dog, You may want to take out your HF cat and make sure it is not plugged. I have seen an EVO w/ a clogged cat and the power loss was pretty good.
