DP/Loudness, and cat question

looking to get an hks hi power and dp and was wondering if the dp would make the sound of the exhaust louder. i was also wondering if you guys think i should go with a hi-flow cat. i want to keep within state regulations (emissions), if you think i should go with a hi-flow cat, please recommend me one. thanks

There may be a small increase in sound with a DP, but it's pretty minimal. The WORKS HFC should keep your emissions all taken care of

appox. how big is 75mm? cause thats what the hks website says the exhaust is, i think its 2.75" but the works site says the HFC is 76mm and thats its 3". if thats true, then wouldnt that be bad, going from 2.5-3-2.5?
