just replaced my tranny drivetrain fluid last night

Just replaced my tranny fluid last night. The new pennzoil synchromesh replaced the redline oil thats been in there for 15k miles. Very noticible difference, shifts much smoother, the slight grinding i previously had was all gone!
Mitsubishi diaqueen lsd oil went into the transfercase and rear diff. They replaced the oil redline oil in the 2.

For ~$5/quart on the synchromesh, i was skeptical initially for it being better than redline. Changed my mind 5 mins after the oil change

I agree.
GM/Penzoil Synchromesh for Tranny, and Mitsu Diaqueen LSD for TC and rear Diff.

i have the B&M short shifter and after replacing the tranny fluid with the synchromesh, the shifting is less effort compared to redline.

Trans fluid.

Where can you buy the GM/Penzoil Synchromesh for Tranny ?
Auto Zone, Pep Boys,K-Mart etc.
Is it for all types of transmissions or does Penzoil sell for other types also.

Trans fluid

Got my synchromesh today. Auto Zone $21.00 for 4 quarts with tax.
Defarmer, Why do you say 5K life span on this oil ? Nothing is written anywhere
about this. Is it from personal experience ?

It's a good idea to change all the fluids after break-in period.
