To Jet Coat or Port and Polish
Ok, which do y'all think will help flow air through the turbo better? POrting and polishing, or the jet coating of it? Could you also if possible include the reasons why?
Thanks loads!

BOTH...
Jet coating won't help flow into the turbo, however it will help by keeping heat (and therefore more expanding gases) in the exhaust manifold, Turbine housing, and O2 housing.
Porting/polishing will remove sharp edges and increase slightly the size of the passages the gases travel through.
On a side note, the real restriction in this is the turbo impeller itself, the nozzle, and the wastegate port itself, those things you don't typically need to alter on a stock turbo (if you could, and you did, you'd alter the spool of the turbo and not the peak power it can make, in most cases the side effects would be undesirable) however this is why the 10.5 hot side replacement has also been a popular mod and should be on your list if your already planning on removing parts to port/polish/coat them..
The combination of the two will provide a marked improvement in performance. Overall its worth a few horsepower, but the peak numbers don't really tell the story, the story is the slightly better throttle response, spool, and a slightly broader torque curve which makes the car feel more responsive.

IF you end up doing you intake manny you should extrude hone it... and if you are down for it .. extrude the turbo .. cost bout 3-4 times as much as port .. but better air flow...
