Hopefully you didn't damage the maf when taking it apart from the stock box. I know I almost did, it was that hard. Double check and ensure that the maf wiring harness snapps to the maf. If it's not in all the way then it will automatically throw the code. Once this is done, then disconnect the battery to clear the code as cash money suggested. If the code comes back it could be a leak somewhere. If no leak anywhere, take a closer look at your maf and check for damages.

Well, reset the ECU, if the code comes back, get that CEL code pulled, should reveal alot more than just "My CEL keeps coming on"

But check the wiring harness to your MAF, and other connectors, make sure all the wiring and hoses that you disconnected have been reconnected. Its probably nothing major, the pipes are a little time consuming to do, but its unlikely you damaged anything unless you dropped your MAF on a hard surface.

Also do a quick check on the pipes, check for leaks, make sure your DV/BOV is on correctly, all the basic stuff.. I'm sure its nothing but a loose connection.

just disconnect the negative side then pump the brake pedal a few times. this drains the remaining power in the system much faster.
