Nisei intercooler installed

Nisei intercooler installed
I installed the Nisei IC along with AMS lower piping. My car has the OE turbo, HKS 280 cams, 3” turbo back, stock air box (no MAF), Walbro pump. Some data from the AEM ems:
The stock intercooler consistently gained 25 to 30 degrees F using the data from the intake temp sensor (located in the upper IC pipe) when doing a pull through third and fourth gears.
With the Nisei IC, intake temp gained 5-7 degrees F under the same conditions.
The car went approx 0.3 to 0.4 AFR points leaner with the new IC.
Boost pressure did not measurably change. (I am using AEM closed loop boost control)
I am running about 23 psi peak boost, tapering to 21-20. The stock injectors are over 95% duty cycle worst case.

It's nice to see people posting their gains / reductions with their new mods.
What was the aprox. ambient temp during testing?
What was your actual air temp value?

Are temp delta's you reffering to, above ambient air temp?
Thanks.

Actual intake air temp started about 65 and went to approx. 100 for the stock IC.
The Nisei delta was actual intake temp, in other words the intake temp started about 60 and went to 67. Ambient was approx 60.

Interesting findings......
This is what I measured. If you follow the trend line, your inlet temps were much warmer than mine, however I didnt test in as cool conditions as you did.
I have a stock ic system & air box, tested in warmer conditions, used an exposed junction t.c. within the plenum.
I wish more people would post thei results / findings,
