Phillippine Evos. I do and have sold both, to be honest, Tomei is as good or better than Jun in my opinion, I kind of like the Tomei Rods better than Jun, also, Tomei makes all parts in house, Jun pistons are Cosworth. Tomei is 2.2 by the way.

Philippine what kind of act clutch do you use that can hold 700hp? I see the majority of people that are using stroker kits and getting near 700 hp are using the exedy triple carbon clutch... Just curious because there is a HUGE price difference. Thanks

I agree the the AMS fit would work fine. However, I like the fact that Crower includes a billet crank with their kit instead of a stock 4g64 crank. IMO Crower has the best kit on the market. It is currently being used in the RC Developments 900+HP Evo. If I could start my build over again it would be with the Crower kit. JUN is excellent but the Crower kit seems to be as good and a better value.

That depends on the material used, the quailty of the forged crank you are comparing it to, and the how well the journals fillet radius is machined. All things equal, yes a solid billet 4340 crank IS stronger than a well manufactured forged crank. Typically a forged crank is 85-90% as strong as it's billet counterpart, it's not a large difference in strength. Unless you're shooting for over 800whp I wouldn't bat an eye at using a OEM crank.
The ONLY OEM crank failures I have ever seen were all either attributed to a problem with the fillet radius on a crank that had been turned or a harmonic dampener issue (either the pulley was sepereating or they were running a solid crank pulley).

Does Jun or Tomei make 2.3L/2.4L as a special order ? which one would be the best stroker kit if I'm planning to rev upto 9500RPM ~ 10,000RPM ? or is it that 9k is max that even an upgraded internal can handle ?
Right now I have JUN on my list as a stroker kit + AMS GTxxR Turbo Kit.... for future upgrades

If you use a 4G64 block (2.4L) with the 6mm higher deck you can use 156mm rods for a 1.56 rod ratio, that will rev to 9k. Talk to Marco at Magnus Motorsports for that setup.
