Before you install the kit, You have to shorten the wastegate actuator arm, loosen the nut and shorten it a tad and it will hold more boost. Unfortunatly I didnt know this until after I dynod the car.
Lets also not forget the other car on the dyno graph also has an Exede with the 10.5 tme turbo, I was on a re-flash.

but that was 406 horses on race gas at 27 psi.

I made 430 at the wheels on 93 pump at 22 psi with my turbotrix turbo kit.....i just don't think the buschur kits are very impressive

Rez90: what does the TurboTrix kit consist of?

And are you using the DNP manifold?

Thanks. I should have gotten AEM from the start instead of 2x and maybe 3x flashing but oh well. I guess I'm gonna keep the stock turbo and get alky and be done with. I hope that is

they modified it....it's part of the kit...but i think they use a newer manifold now that is similar looking to the rull race manifold...it's badass

Even with your impressive numbers you have to remember one small detail bro, an AEM standalone is a whole new ballgame. Ive seen EVO's gain 80 WHP on that standalone by itself, it truly is a great machine. What i'm looking for its having good daily performance without the setbacks of tweaking a standalone. Tuning can be fun if you know what your doing, but it can also be a pain in the *** and pretty expensive depending on who's tuning (specially in puerto rico were everybody wants a chunk of your *** when it comes to spending money on cars)

Any input would be appreciated.
Here are the mods:

Ur test pipe
Helix dp
Borla catback
AEM intake
Turbosmart bov
Walbro 255
Dynoflash Custom tune
304 hp on 100 oct

Comparing our smallest turbo upgrade to the TT kit isn't a good comparison.

I would suggest sticking with your stock turbo instead of going with the BR440 kit. Yes, you read right, DON'T buy our BR440 kit.

Finish upgrading your car with the stock turbo to our Stage 4 kit and you will be happier than slapping any turbo upgrade on your car at this point in your mods.

Our Stage 4 consists of:

BR lightweight full 3" turboback
BR Re-flashed ECU or AFC
BR boost controller
Boost gauge and pod
Fuel pump
BR upper i/c pipe kit and upgraded BOV
BR air filter kit
BR MAF inlet pipe
BR upgraded FMIC
HKS camshafts

These parts make an EVO fly. Not unusual to see high 11's and low 12's on this package on pump gas. 350+whp are normal at safe boost levels. In my opinion they are all parts that should be done to help the efficiency of the engine before a turbo kit is ever considered.
