Valve stem seal & height info needed

Hello-

I am hoping someone might have an evo head off & apart, who can measure a few items for me.

The outside diameter of the valve stem seal.

The distance from the top of the valve stem seal to the floor of the spring seat.

I need this info to find out if I can install these without removing the valve stem seals.

I have just found a contact who can get ferrea manufactored parts, i.e. springs, ti retainers & spring seats @ a screaming deal.

These springs installed @ 1.5", they measure 80 lbs of seat pressure, @ 11mm of lift they measure 220 lbs. The valve spring can compress another ~4 mm before coil bind.

Thanks in advance
