doubtful. 440+hp is 35r territory. Read the whole thread again. Tym switzer dynoed the wr on race gas. He said those 3 cars on the mitsu dyno day were on 21-22 psi on PUMP gas.

I suggest you read that wr thread again. The wr were dynoed on race gas.

But you said it was on the brink of impossible. I'm just saying it's possible. Many other track cars use the t-67 in japan aswell.

not even close....400whp on 91octane is damn near impossible with a td05 turbo

it made 440 on vp import with no filter and no maf.....that was with stock cams however...but 91 octane sucks

Sorta =) I know i wouldn't want a t-67 tracking but it's definately doable.

Easy, make about 450 whp and then use regular unlead, you'll get around 400.

So your telling me a Buschur stage 4 with the WR isn't going to crack 400awhp on 91 pump? I'm only stage 2 with cams and running catless is pretty close to 350awhp already. I don't see why the WR with a complete stage 4 would not hit 400awhp. I believe Tym's dyno showed 370+awhp with WR, TBE, intake on 93 pump. With a set of cams and bigger intercooler, I think 400awhp is just around the corner.

ya i have heard about this white rabbit..and its getting some good numbers, but everyone seems to be using 93 octane. WHat imwondering is...is my turbo good enough to make 400hp on 91 OCTANE?I have also thought aobut stroking as someone else stated..but is 400awhp acheiveable with out going up in liters?? Is this the wrong turbo for what i want my car to do(1.4mile)?? Are there differences in turbos like not as much lag, less top end and more lag more topend, whats betterr for the 1.4. someone told me that torque is a good factor in the 1/4 mile>?

I'm running RNR GT35r (tune w SAFC-II) with 415 WHP on 91 oct. daily. I was even track it 2 times and went to drag many times. It's fun and too much fun that I left my MR home collecting dust most of the time. I would use 100 or 109 gas for safety net when working the car hard at the track but running around on street in 91 is just fine.

Lot of you just made comment like "know-all" when you infact didn't even know how the GT35r feel like.

You just have to drive differently at the track, like brake early entering corner and downshift to stay in power band to rocket out of it. Of course at the drag, it's even more fun.

Have you had it tuned yet? If so, what kind of numbers did you get, do you have a graph, and what kind of dyno? It amazes me how many guys on this board think that there are but two or three ways to skin a cat, just because his turbo kit has not been talked about on this forum does not mean it's **** and it sucks donkey *****, there is a lot that goes on in the Evo world that is not talked about on this forum. People seem to have the thought that if it's not on EvoM then it isn't worthy.

For the original question, at some point you will run out of attainable horsepower given your constraints of 2.0 litre displacement and 91 octane fuel. It does not matter how large of a turbo you throw at the problem, for 2 litre's you can only go so far with 91 before you run in to detonation problems, but to be honest, I do not know what the limit is.I believe that it is right around the 400whp mark though. If you do not want to run race gas (I don't either) then the best option will be to go for more displacement such as a 2.3-2.4 stroker.

Do not let these people make you doubt the tubro you purchased, just because people here do not know much about it does not mean a thing, have a competent tuner work with it and then see where you are.

^exactly, I personally wouldn't be suprized if that 60 trim would do it. Don't they claim 400whp on vivid's site about that kit? BTW, why don't you want alcohol injection?
