On A Scale Of 1-10 How Noticible Is The Difference As Far Are It Helping With Drivetrain Jerkiness. For Example When You Are On The Throttle And Off And Back On Quickly. Does It Eliminate Some Of The Lurchiness??

absoltuely can - but you would have to be a bit patient as Stillway is not exactly the fastest manufacturer on the planet!

If you think about it, it doesn't matter which way you have it mounted.

Removing the balance shafts will not increase the engine rocking under load, that is due to increased torque.

As was just posted above it should not matter which direction it is mounted as the dampening for compression and rebound is most likely the same. If it was going to be valved differntially it would have more rebound dampening, engines torque faster when you close the throtle usually, remember the turbo takes time to come on and provide torque, the throtle closing is immediate.

Good points. There is slightly less movement when I let off of the gas than beofre.

We'll see if it can handle 500 WHP. That will be the test. I'll throw in some race gas and rip it this weekend.

so, you're saying that aftermarket mani + koyo rad = dented rad?

I just installed koyo rad w/ stock mani and did notice slimmed space between the two.

Anyone had prob w/ koyo rad damage from stock mani?

CAn anyone confirm this.......

I put the two black washers in between the motor mount and bracket. I was confused at first but thought that might be the right place for them. And in the instructions..... there shows two of the two weird looking fat washers (train wheels).

My DNP mani. caused me to punctured my Koyo in three places. The turbo housing, the wastegate, and the slim fan all were smashed into it. This was a $400 mistake I made twice. Never again.

Stock set-up is fine. The Koyo is 57MM and the "thinner" PWR is 37 MM. That is a big difference when it comes to tight spaces. For me it made the difference. But the Koyo was WAY better made. I was sad to see it go.

I put the flat black washers in the same place. I also put the one "train wheel" washer under my strut bracket to give it some space. I'll scan the instructions in a second.

The instructions below from Stillway show the dampner being different from what other posts have shown. It also shows it having two "train wheel" washers.

The instructions do have it opposite of how gruppe-s has it installed. I really don't think it matters which way it goes as it is only compressing the damper. I just installed mine and didn't notice anything too astonishing but it does seem a little easier to get into gear at higher rpm and feels tigher when cornering (hard to explain)
