Question Boost Controller ?

Installed my Greddy Type S boost controller. Yes there also is a Greddy type s Boost controller. I think its normal but the needle on my boost guage flutters, seems to be boosting fine the needle just does alittle dancing. Normal Right?

I had the same thing happen to me. Both stock and w/ my hallman. Al told me that usually this happens when the ecu is pulling timing... What boost and ocatane are you running?

how bad is your gauge bouncing? are you talking about needle shaking? or actually bouncing back and forth more than 1 or 2 psi?
usually, mech gauges shakes alittl at max boost and max vac, especially if they use super skinny hard plastic vac+boost line (the white line comes with boost gagues)with that brass fittings. <-- i still don't know how to fit that skinny line with that brass fittings. i just stick with high quality vac hose plug into gauge directly.
try to install a filter or change it to better, thicker vac+boost hose.
if that bothers you big time, time for a electric gauge with stepping motor inside.
every single one of my mech gauges flutters alittle, but it doesn't bother me.

My guage didnt flutter before I installed the BC. There is a filter on the line to. IDK, I guess its not a big deal. Once i get my upper ICP and blow valve I'll get flashed see what happens.

My gauge does the same thing, a small needle shake at idle. Have no clue what it is.
