Leaking Transfercase/Transmission seal

My transfer case had to be replaced. Long story not involving abuse, but someone else's negligence. In any case, the seal between my transfer case and transmission keeps leaking transmission fluid. They tried to replace the seal yesterday and it stopped leaking for the moment, but when I brought it back this morning, it was still leaking in the same spot (Right where the TC and transmission bolt to each other). Has anyone had this issue? What finally solved it?

This is an 05 Evo.

Wonder if they put enough grease around the ring, to seal it.

Sound like they are going to have to try again. I had the same problem and they were able to get the problem fixed the first time.

Is the o-ring getting pinched during reassembly? Lubing the o-ring should prevent it from moving around when you put it back together.
