Over filling oil

dont feel too bad, i had about 1qt too much after turbo install cuz i checked it and it was low but i guess it didnt all fall down yet so i put another qt in. anyway i got my car tuned like that and raced some kid only to wake the next morning to find it was high...gotta change it today

You could also build up too much oil pressure and blow out some seals maybe... I use the 5gal. jugs from Walmart.

4.5 quarts here, 5.0 puts it over the top mark of the dipstick. Too much oil = blowing out your seals from what I've heard...

How long/hard do you gotta run your car for like that though? i only drove mine 1 day

I always fill mine with 4.5 qts. I'll check it the next day and top it off from there.

If you blew your seals you would know it since oil would be leaking out onto your driveway like a jalopy. If it's not, you should be fine.
