Yes it has, happends even to the best of us. Even the 22 second evos . Just get some t bolt clamps and all your problems are solved!

The Manifold side is 2 3/4, the IC side is 2 3/8 for the upper

^ Thanks I'll head to NAPA and bring the clamp in and ask em' for a T-bolt in that size.

Iam running 3" on the t-body . Also the lower turbo to IC hose is 2-1/4" NAPA don't sell then that small got mine fron turbonetics(sp)

^ I'm talking about the connection on the upper IC pipe, the top peice on the pipe with the BOV connection. Is that size 2 3/8?

I think NAPA uses the 2-3/8" as the smallest the clamp will go(bottom out) . I have the stock upper IC flex hose in my hand now and it a hair shy of of 2-3/4 '' so IIRC i got some 2-1/2" clamps . might as well get all of them at once , and dont forget to pressure test your system for leaks !

^ So the 2 3/8 would work for the upper pipe? All my other connections are fine except that one keeps poping off and nailing my hood lol

You can do that, but I think if your running 21psi your going to have the same problem (eventually). Definitely go with Tbolts, it sounds like the best long term/worry free approach. I'm **** and bought new hoses as well but thats probably not necessary.
