Draining pump gas to put in race gas

What is the easiest way to drain the tank so that when you run race gas it really is (almost) all race gas? I've heard of people disconnecting the return line and directing it to a container. Is there an elegant solution to this, like a permanent valve that you could turn to direct the return line gas to a container or perhaps a quick disconnect fitting of some sort that could be installed? I just don't want to be dribbling gas around under the hood or wearing out a rubber hose end to do this.

Thanks for any advice.

Another easy alternative in case you can't get a fuel tank below your car is to unhook the hose from your fuel return line and put another one on that runs to a fuel tank and then start your car and let it idle while it drains all the fuel out. I chose to do it the hard way and go in under the rear seat and use a boat fuel syphon, but that was before I was aware of these other methods

On the fuel rail its the fuel line with the push clip (the kind the you open with a set of needle-nose plyers) and just a rubber line with out the loom on it .

I guess I figured it out...I used the line comming from the bottom of the FPR (fuel pressure regulator)
I wish someone would do a "how to do" on fuel...Im trying to get this car drain and hopefully all this will make it run like before

Attached is an image with two arrows pointing to different points on the fuel return line. Right above the upper arrow you can see part of the clamp that holds the rubber line on. Simply remove the clamp with needle nose pliers and attach another rubber hose that empties into a gas can and start your car. As your car idles the extra fuel that would normally return to your fuel tank will now empty into a gas can. I have a see through rubber line so I can tell when the tank is pretty much empty.

a friend and I were brainstorming on better ways to save race gas...it makes no sense to buy very expensive race gas for drag racing and then using the same gas to cruise around and to get to and from the track with....draining/filling gas between racing and cruising works but is time consuming and inconvenient....

we were tinkering around with the idea of using 2 small fuel cells one for pump and one for racing....a valve would control which fuel goes to the pump (an external one of course)....basically a complete fuel system +extra cell and valve...has anyone ever done this?

I thought about that a while ago, but to justify all that custom fabrication, your going to have to use so much race fuel that you save enough by not wasting what you would drive around. I dont think you could do that very cost effectivly.
