well done, cant wait to have ur kit on my car, when i get it lol but i am still searching, ur other stages look good for the price so i will have to see, btw not sure if u mentiond this and im sum what lazy to re-read ur post since its 2 am and im tired but just wondering if all this can run on stock internals and such, can the clutches and transmission stock hold 600awhp? if not what would be the best alternative to make the car run more smoother and last longer with this kit, thanx again for the info

Stock internals and 600 whp, could happen but it is going to be at high risk. As for as transmission etc. no problem. The stock clutch is not going to hold up to 600 whp.

On our new Mustang Dyno the numbers are MUCH lower. That same GT35R 2 liter car now has a stroker engine in it and is much faster than it was (seat of the pants). It now makes only 535 whp on our new dyno.
is this on race gas or alky injection?

WOW david I am very excited about this kit. Why do you say that there is no major difference between the GT3076R and a GT35R? Is the spool THAT much slower?

Also What size injecors would you reccomend for a GT3071R... Thanks.

Also wouldn't a GT3076R be a better pump gas turbo as far as making more WHP on pump gas?

PM me on some pricing, I plan to get it on the car soon and get some dyno sheets

A GT3076R will not make significantly more power than a 3071 on pump gas ... you're talking _maybe_ another 20whp and for that you're going to lose quite a bit of spoolup vs a GT3071R. I completely agree with DB that it's either 3071 or GT35r, the 3076 isn't worth the compromise.

I thought the largest 30 series garret turbo is the 3040r ... I could be wrong. Dave what numbers do you see on the gt35 on pump gas? What is the spool like?

I beg to differ on the spool part. This is a VW 1.8T w/ said GT3076 and GT35R. Spool diff is there...

Top is 35R on C16, 3.6bar
Next down is GT30R on C16, 3.2bar (wouldn't hold that boost above 6500)
GT30R on 100 unleaded, 2.8Bar
GT30R on 93, 1.8bar

The GT3076 and GT3071 will make exactly the same power on pump. The compressor maps show at 20-23psi they are very good.

I disagree w/ Buschur regarding the GT3076. I have a GT3076 and I get 23 psi at 4316rpm. Looking at the GT35R spool up thread, Fourdoor (using a Buschur GT35R kit) gets 24psi at 5000rpm. 700rpm is a big difference. On the other hand, a local guy here has a AMS GT3071 kit and he told me he gets 23psi at 4000rpm.

I think I could get my spool up even better if I adjusted my cam gears from -3,-3.

Are you kidding??? That's all they do, even the Turbo Trixx Turbo kit, they also get your evo into the 11's easilly and trap at 122+++ on PUMP GAS.

ANgry are we? ask Buschur/Turbo Trixx/DynoFLash ETC that these Proper Garrett turbos EASILLY make 420WHP on pump. Hell even that RNR 50 trim does so on pump gas, come on man you can't argue with that
I am done with you, judging by your newb. post and ?'s, its obvious you dont have a clue or experience with any turbo but your own stocker, I have personally owned and installed four different turbo kits on my own car including your precious rnr 50 trim. Your lack of knowledge and experience shines brightly, move on to another thread buddy

It won't flow that much better - at least it didn't on my stock 03 turbo w/10.5 backhousing.

What a nice cop out, can't come up with proper reasoning, you just flame. Newb my *** I have been an Evo Owner/Tuner since 06/03 and a DSM owner/tuner since the mid 90's

You see what you wrote? Generalities and and flames, sorry buddy you have nothing else to offer.

RNR 50 trim ehhh, makes power but a lil laggy, I have had PLEANTY turbo uypgrades and tuning sessions, you see what happens when you assume to much buddy?

Hey David, are your new turbo kits using a different type of fastener from your older BR500 kits, I know we had some issues with the four manifold bolts getting loose.
