AMS is a good company, I doubt thats not a great system. Alot of high powered cars are using that system.

but basic turbocharged exhaist theory is better is better . get the biggest that can fit . lol.

also , make sure its the same diameter thru out the system ie no neckdowns. far as I know Buschur and helix are the only ones with out neckdowns. Neckdowns are when the piping starts at 3 then tapers to 2.75 then back to 3 etc.

aps makes a 3.5 exhaust but its loud and pricey. but the fitment is superb.

What diameter are you going with, what are your plans for the car..... If you are not gonna go crazy (upgraded turbo, etc) I would recommend a 2.5' Bushur racing TBE with hiflow cat and muffler delete. I am pretty sure that the smaller diameter piping will keep your tq#'s up...

I'm kinda piecing my together. I have a RSR GTII cat-back that I grab for $360(-$100 for stock cat-back) =$260. Waiting on A-Spec to release the Ti 80mm downpipe and Ti 80mm Test pipe.

Get a Buschur TB. It's light, loud and easy to install. Plus you'll get the maximum gain in hp. If you don't like it loud, get the magnaflow muffler option.

I'm pretty sure they are making one. I requested for them to make a 80mm one to go w/ my RSR GTII cat-back. But the more ppl that request it (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=150835) the better the chance of them making it.

The 3" test pipe. Not the 80mm.

miss conception. You actually lose NO power going large. Proven on a dyno, and when you switch back to stock . The reason people think this is becuase the power delivery changes.

love my ams...great sound, great fit, pair it with an intake, power gains are pretty noticeable, but i think power gains with most turbobacks is close to the same imo.
