wtf - bled brakes now clutch engages higher...

I did a brake job yesterday and changed rotors, pads, and switched to ss brake lines. because of the brake line install I obviously had to bleed the system. bled system normally and brakes work flawlessly, Im very pleased. with minimum pedal pressure the brakes start grabbing like a fat kid in a candy store and Im more then happy with how they turned out.
Anyways, the whole point to this thread was when I went to bedd in the pads and rotors the clutch engagement point was at a different point then before. Its now about 1" higher then before and there seems to only be about 1"-2" of pedal travel before the pedal stops at its "top" position. The car still drives the same, still goes into gear and shifts fine during normal driving conditions. I havent quick shifted, power shifted, or shifted at anything above 4000rpm's and the car seems fine.

I guess my ?'s are these:
should I be worried about anything? the car is my daily driver
should I just try adjusting the pedal and see if that fixes it?
should I just leave it alone?
will leaving it alone cause me any problems? ie: not fully disengaging the clutch and burning it up......

any help would be greatly appreciated. please dont preach about searching either, I searched and theres a guzzilion threads and I dont have time to sit here for days and read them all. Sorry this was so long and sorry if this is in the wrong forum

I'd bleed the clutch line. It shares the same reservoir as the brake fluid. Maybe you spilled over and topped off the clutch line reservoir? Just a thought.

I thought about bleeding the clutch but Ill be installing a ss clutch line and doing the restrictor removal mod next weekend so I guess Ill just wait until then to do so.

Anybody else have any more advice or thoughts to help me out?
