Heres a few:
http://www.holinger.com.au/product_p...version%20Kits
http://www.sheptrans.com/stage5.php?vid=evo
http://www.magnusmotorsports.com/transmission.htm
With all these, they are H pattern and clutchless upshift.
Now, you can convert it with this shifter to mimic a sequential box.

The only gearbox I know of in the world that was designed to be a sequential style box, that has the capability to skip OVER gears, as in go from Gear 1 to Gear 3, and that was on the Tommi Makkinens Subaru a few years back. 75,000 dollars worth of it.
Now, that was built with airshifter and basically you just rip through the gears, but in case you wanted to coast to a slower corner or downshift more quickly, you dont have to mow through 5 gears to get to LOW.
With the Ikeya Shifter and any one of these straight cut dog gear boxes, you're getting a unit that will hold upwards of 500lb ft of torque, and you'll be able to shift it like a sequential box. In the case of being streetable, they're difficult. You have to change the tranny fluid as frequently as motor oil changes and the boxes are noisey. Otherwise, if you picked the Magnus tranny for 5,000 an the 1300 dollar shifter, plus install and removal/replacement into the vehicle.....and a new hydraulic tilton cerametallic clutch and a fortified transfer case built by John Ripley at TRE....lets see...
Dogbox: 5,000
Cleaning/Install (Guesstimated at 950)
Removal/Replacement: 650
Clutch Install: N/A (Above)
Transfer Case with Quaife LSD: Average 650 for the rebuild, 1450 for the Quaife
Tilton Cerametallic Clutch (Push/Hydraulic Conversion) 1650
Ikeya Shifter: 1300
DriveShaft Shop Axles: 1550
With all that you have basically a bulletproof drivetrain. For high horse drag racers, the Exedy Triple Carbon, RPS Carbon/Carbon or the Tilton C/C Twin disk would all add 1700 or so dollars.
The total comes out to 13,500 if you factor in tax.
All things equal, JUST the Hollinger woulc cost as much. That'd be the ultimate setp right there.

If it skips gears it's not a sequential box.
The Hollinger is the only one listed that's a real sequential box. The others are just dog gearsets. If you want pricing let me know.

I have the Hollinger dog box with custom gear ratio's in my car using a sequential shifter. The Ikeya shifter is weak and there are better options out there. My tranny setup alone has cost over $20k.

Not sequential, but the best mod for rally/autocross/drag
Well, this is in response to querries about transmission mods to Magnus Motorsports:
"We are currently producing gearsets for the EVO 4-8. We stock a 4
speed drag type box and custom ratios are available by special order.
5th gear option is available as well. By taking our experience and
years of research with the early mistubishi box, we were able to apply
this to the EVO gearset to produce a gearset that should handle in
excess of 1200 hp. The Mitsubishi EVO 8 transmission case, gears and
shafts--by not having a center differntial built into the box--allow us
to use a much larger tooth profile than previously used on other
transmissions. Side by side with our previous gearsets the EVO dog
gearset is massive. Because we use an involute tooth profile our
straight cut gears are actually much quieter than most would expect
from
a non helical gearbox. The best part about our gearsets is our
flexibilty and ability to make custom ratios per customers requests
with
short lead times. Once you have driven with a dog change transmission
in your race car, you will never go back to a synchronized
transmission,
the shifts are fast and turbo lag is eliminated by the fact that you
can
shift so quickly, while under throttle. I have told many people this
before but the true driving experience is made that much more exciting
with a transmission of this caliber.
Marco
Magnus Motorsports"
So, well...there you have it from Magnus.
This has little to do with a sequential transmission, but just thought I'd throw it in here while we're talking tranny mods. I'd sure love to have a sequential transmission that would be smooth and gentle for street, but lightning fast for the track...but I think that's a transmission which isn't compatible with the Evo's low-cost supercar status...that would be a huge money mod that most of us would have to shy away from.
