This is a technical thread.

The purple wire is "simulated narrowband output" and is not needed when running a stock front O2 sensor. It DOES NOT go to AEM or any standalone ECU.

Evo IX is a 3 prong plug and connections are located in different places than the 2003-2005, 4 prong plug naturally.

I just noticed on my zeitronix 12 pin harness #2white it shows labeled in instructions is actually Green on my harness and #3 pin is white. I am not getting any rpm readout on my stock tach. So are the wire colors just mixed up on my harness and can i wire it with #3 to pin 58 stock ecu?? Thanks

Use the correct color, not the pin info on the instructions. White is wideband linear output to a standalone. If you hooked that to tach you have not wired it correctly.

This is Version 11 Zeitronix. The pinout has a hard time keeping up with the advances in the product. The colors will always be correct though. They are the same colors as a SAFC would have for the same connections. Gray is TPS and Green is always TACH.
