LPH 255 or Walbro 255

Which one should I go for?

Seems like most ppl here have walbro

they're the about the same price

cheapest I found for walbro is $85 on ebay, is that good? Can any vendor beat it on here?

Thanks guys

doesn't LPH mean liters per hour, as in 255 lph?
or have I missed something and it is a legit manufacturer?

I was thinking the exact same thing.

I have an extra new walbro 255lph/hp pump from an install that was supposed to go in a used 2003 Evo that ended up already having a walbro when I pulled out the assembly. I was like WTF? It's silver!

$94 shipped for this.

I would assume the ebay one is like $85 + $162523728 shipping.

They don't have my feedback either.

Yeah you're right.

Also, don't buy any fuel pump from eBay, they will work for a few weeks then they will go dead on you and you will be lean like f**k.

Or send you a Gss341 when the EVO needs a Gss342, 341 wount work. and that is the case most of the time when you buy a pump off Ebay buy it from Scott he will sell you the pump you need.

Yeah, it's the same thing.

But when he said LPH 255, I think he meant the "no name" brand from eBay.

Just stick with the WALBRO 255lph fuel pump... you won't regret it.

For less than $100... don't even bother explaining yourself, or thinking about it.

The kit is a waste of money. I do not make my clients pay for a kit they maybe will use one rubber piece out of. You can swap the filter off of the old pump and be done with it.

I've killed my second Walbro 342 since purchasing the car in 2003. In the passed, these pumps have worked fine for me and my customers. Well, I took the plunge and have a 210 LPH Denso pump on the way. Even though it is listed at "only" 210 LPH... the graphs show it has an output of twice the OE unit. Whisper quiet too compared to the Walbro... but over twice the price

Has anyone confirmed that the Supra fuel pump will work in the evo? I know when I had it in my GSX I had no problems and its rather quite.
