Why am i running out of fuel?

Should i be running out on injector this soon? My boost it rangeing from 20-21 psi and at 6k rpm my injector duty cycle hits 97%.

Mods 03 Evo

helix downpipe
helix testpipe
Jic Bullet ti cat back with the taper replaced with full 3"
Custom AL IC pipes (upper @ lower)
Custom intake with 4" inlet k/n filter
Custom FMIC (garrett bar/plate core 20"/12"/3")
Tial BOV
Wallbro 255
NGK BR8ES plugs ( gaped @ .026)
Autronic PnP

Timing is 18 deg full advance

I think thats all that will make a difference, but I have stock cams, turbo and injectors

I have 2 buddies with similar mods but stock front mount and 1 has 264's and dynoflash bpr7es and the other has 272's and SAFC, br8es plugs neither of them are having problems

bad fuelpressure? I had all the mods pushing 320WHP with cams and all and stock FP with no problems at 23psi.

I've seen at least a couple of weak stock fuel pumps at dyno/tuning days. Going to a Walbro usually solves the problem.

Ive had a wallbro 255 in my car for over a year. If you would have read the mod list you would have seen that

you can run 18 degrees at peak? anyway, I take it your PNP is saying your are running out of fuel. what does it say your fuel is (AFR) in that range?

d'oh - my bad; I guess I shouldn't try posting after returning from a night out! Any chance you can test with a different Walbro? While not comon, it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of one having problems.

for some reason, before i got my walbro, i was hitting 116% injector duty cycle on my car...and all i had done was an aem ems, boost was about 23-24 psi, 3" TBE, an ams LICP and i think thats it, i immediately ordered the walbro fuel pump and havent raced it since, so i dont know what the hell my injector duty cycle is, and i dont have the laptop constantly hooked up to check it

Well i think it has more to do with fuel pressure and the wallbro pump. my car will run 11.2 up until 6k hits 97% injector duty cycle and just stays there and gets leaner. I add more fuel and it really does nothing. Im going to get one of my buddies 255's and see what happens. this was just a weird occurance. My last wallbro just quit and stoped working. Ive never had any problems until this past week. all i did was switch from a bpr7es plug to a br8es i guess its giving off a better burn rate

a lot of people will tell you to upgrade your injectors once you you get much over 80% idc
90% is pretty much to much.

but the real question is where is all that fuel going. with those mods, I don't understand how you could hit 80% idc. have you checked your WBo2 lately? might not be calibrated correctly.
