I run a very conservative "street tune". I'm not sure what you consider a "perfect setup" but I will tell you that when I go to the strip and run c16, I can add timing and make more power.

Umm I am pretty sure he meant from 10 psi up, not @ 10psi max. Check out a comp chart and see how much a stock turbo flows and then a 35r, I know I would take 35r any day.

geoff is most likely talking about the hondas. I've seen anywhere from 300whp-400whp from the 35r on pumpgas with 10-12psi. the b series motor is hard to beat. alot more efficient then the 4g63.

I'm with you on the 35R. That's why I have one on my car, but I can promise you, it's not making great power at 10 psi. Even at 21 it runs awesome, but it really starts making BIG power from 25 psi up.

Didn't you use to have a 3076? How did you like it?

It never made the power I was looking for. I also expected a little quicker spool. Much happier with the 35R!!!!

how much difference is there between the 3076r and 35r in spool? i live in a high elevation area so my choices right now are the 3076r and evo9-20g, unless the 35r can work up here. no matter what i chose, i will only be running 91oct and alky.

Just way too many variables for me to answer that question, particularly in your case (high altitude and we-wee gas). For me here in Texas, there was just a few hundred rpm's difference. Plus, at the same rpm, the 35 is pushing a significant amount more air. For me and my mods, tune, tuner, etc. there is only one choice and that's the GT35R.

With xede on dd 385 with 100% meth and 28psi. With aem 461 same boost on mustang
at CFT, people say it reads high so take the numbers with a grain of salt. The car feels a
little stronger, nose seams to stay up higher. Spool does not bother me,just pick the
right gear. Tom
