I just recently fixed my rattling problem with my Espelir DP which was making contact with the OEM lower tie bars.

I listen for more noises and rattles and hear a rattling sound coming from the clutch. funny thing is when I press the clutch in all the way, its gone....
is this normal?

Other noises I hear are the ticking sounds from the injectors, which I know of course is normal...

Yeah its normal its the throw out bearing not the clutch its fine everyone has it to a certain extent

Okay cool.... I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for other squeaks and rattles to see if I can fix them...

as far as interior rattles, I have them too, but I'm not gonna worry too much about it.

i have same problem..and also my downpipe now touches my dam crossmember at bottom of car since i installed 02 housing..so i really get the shake rattle and roll

it's gear rattle, not the throw out bearing. But it's normal nonetheless. The throw out bearing will be more of a metal to metal rub noise than a rattle.

just go to home depot like I did and buy a few washers for the lower arm bars, it'll create more clearance and eliminate the rattles.
