EVO 4G63 vs DSM 4G63?

What is the difference between the 4G63 long block found in the Evo 8 vs the ones found in other cars (Talon, Eclipse, Galant, etc)? I thing the difference between the 4G63 and 4G63T is the pistons? What else is different?

Same valvetrain?
Same cams?
Same porting?
Same block?
Oil squirters?
Same crank and crank material?

Is the 4G63 an open deck design? What is the weak point, is it the sleeves, rods, crank, pistons, or piston rings? In other words, what will break first at 400 or 450hp (lets ignore the clutch, tranny, axles for now)?

Thanks

Isn't this is a FAQ around here?

The biggest difference I know of is that the EVO 46G3 has hollow camshafts. We'll assume that Mitsu has solved the crankwalk issue as well...

That's a big assumption, I didn't ask when I was at the dealer but does anyone know if it is simalar to the 1G 4G63 or the 2G?

Hey guys first replay, the big difference between the two is that from the EVO 4 on up the motor is flipped around from what it is in the eclipse, also the pistons have a higher compression(8.8:1 in EVO and 7.8:1 90 to 94then 95 to 99 8.5:1, as far as I know there has never really been a CW issue with the EVO mainly because there were build better than the eclipse motors were in the US. There are better models like the rs, rs II, and may personal favorite rs450 as well as numerous other parts that I wish came on the DSMs but in the end the EVO was mitsus baby and got all the good stuff I am sure I missed somethings but you get the idea.
