If it's the same as older Evos (which it should be, given the engine is the same) then it's a 190lph pump with a relais changing the voltage (which you could short circuit so to speak) and going up to 300 lph (Mitsubishi say, but no one believes it).

Stock pump is 180 lph to 190 lph, depending on who you ask, and not sure about the US car, but the ones overseas use the same old voltage regulator system...very easy to bypass.
Unless its being pumped with alot of voltage (i.e. more than is safe), I cannot see how it would pump 300 lph..though we do have the 255 and 310 lph pumps in stock as we speak....
