I will repeat myself.
When it comes to clutches you have to consider the user. People are always quick to blame the company but never consider the installation, clutch adjustment, and driving style.

I'm the kind of person that goes to the track and once the car is performing well, I call out everybody to race one after the other.
When we took the clutches out, the both times, this 'ring' (i think that acts as a lock? not sure) was broken.
my mechanic said it was because of heat and metals sticking to one another.

Most likely you have something simple going wrong with the RPS unit and I am sure it could be fixed. Assuming the bolts are tight and the parts are installed correctly, there are three things to look at I can think of off the top my head:
1. The most obvious and first thing I would try is to adjust for less free play (higher release point). I am sure you tried this, but since this doesn't involve removing the trans. I would try it again.
2. RPS uses a floater type design that needs to slide freely for it to release properly. If the floater is too tight in the flywheel, you will have the symptoms you are having. If the floater is loose enough to shift right, the clutch is probably noisy when disengaged (flaoter rattle).
3. If the straps that support the face of the pressure plate are bent it will prevent the pressure plate from lifting off the disc. The diaphragm will lift, but the face won't follow it like it should. Make sure the straps aren't buckled. This is easy to test but hard to describe.
There are a few other causes that are less likely and more complicated to explain, so I will leave it at that. If you need someone to take a look at the parts, I can do that for you. I am sure shipping has to be real expensive for you. First you should probably give RPS another call and see if they can figure it out.

Thak you very much for all the tips.
How I loose the floater? Because right now the clutch is not making any sounds when is disengaged. I mean sometimes it sounds, but most of the time it only sounds when the clutch is engaged not disengaged.
How I fixed this? Maybe this is the problem that I have.
