Hedonic-

There are many dyno results on different cars that show improvements with Grounding/Earthing kits.

See my comments in this thread for more info.

Thanks, Derek, that thread was very helpful. I'm still a little skeptical, since I think most of the differences (as someone pointed out) could be explained by measurement error, particularly if you dyno a car once, then do the mod, then dyno it again. What you really need to do is dyno the car several times before and after, under identical conditions, and compare the averages. Even the 8 lb/ft gain I think falls within the range of potential measurement error for a single pair of runs. But an 8 lb/ft difference in AVERAGES, that is a different story.

What gauge wire does mitsubish use on this kit? Is it 8 gauge? Also Fireball where did you find connectors to fit that 4 gauge wire? I looked forever and can't find it at all.

Thanks
Chris

Looks more like 4 guage to me. I've seen the OEM mitsu one. It's like a gold color.

I hate to reopen old threads, but what is the final answer on whether or not a non-Mitsu ground system would void the warranty?

Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I didn't get the warranty and maint manual when I bought the car, and they're not calling me back about it. Blah.
