Nylon Tubing OK in the Engine Compartment?

Can i use this nylon tubing in the engine compartment? I am afraid of water, salt, fuel, gas, getting on the tube and destroying it. This is Sunpro automotive nylon tubing. I would use it for boost gauge.

If nothing tuches it and you can put the wrap around it, it should be fine. (there are always chances of something going bad, but they are small)

I've been using it for over 2 years in my engine compartment without any problems.
