Perfect example of what mods NOT TO GET. You're running slower than stock...much slower. Hell, that's slower than 03/04s. Hopefully, you learned from your modding mistakes.

PS. We have a drag racing forum. See you there.

Yeah if yo arent used to an AWD car it can take some practice. That just gives you more reasons to visit the track!

Theres nothing all that wrong with your mods other than you need a tune bad! With those mods and no tune you are not only running slower than stock you could damage something. Also is the BOV recirculating or Vent to Atmosphere? If its the latter then that might be a probem too.

So in other words get a tune and practice!

I didn't say anything about his driving. I congratulate him for getting out there and really doing something with his Evo, but his choices on modding were awful. I can't understand why people keep wasting their hard-earned money to make their car slower just so that it "looks" better, which is subjective anyway.

Nothing really wrong with the intake but you should have gotten a flash or tune at the same time.

Nope, no problems here! At least you have the right BOV. Sometimes Warr types without thinking things all the way through. Glad to hear you have the flash planned.

Warrtalon so those mods there are a good plan for the next couple of weeks? I understand you werent TRYING to be a dick but im sure everyone gets tired of hearing intake on the car without a flash or even just INTAKE period. DOes anyone else object to these mods. As warrtalon said to me in a pm that should put me in the low 12s with a GOOD launch!!

Not a bad time for the first time out, you car may not even be down on power but its tough to say..If you keep the intake, get a reflash fo sho.
