RPMS raising-please help

When im driving at any rpms and is pushing about 16-18 PSI and step on the clutch the RPMS will shoot up about 600 more before dropping..why is it doin that??? it doesnt do it when driving normal only when 3/4 throttle is pushed down..is that normal after a dynoflash?

well if ne1 is interested i fixed the problem...sprayed abou 1/2 bottle of carb cleaner in my intake manifold and scrubed with a toothbrush...problem went away
