05 Evo AFR

05 Evo AFR
I took some Innovate AFR logs of my 05 Evo with TBE, panel filter and JDM DV. I read that the a panel filter lean the Evo by about 0.2-0.3. Is that correct? What is the impact of of a TBE on the AFR? I also have two spikes in the AFR and I read that this would be caused by a misfire. But the car only has 6300 miles on it. The average afr from 6K to cut-off is 10.6. This was a second gear pull BTW.

I really wanted to do a 3rd gear pull, but I was concerned about getting pulled over for excessive speeding.
I will be taking the car to Tuning Technologies to install an Xede and dyno tune for 91 and 100 octane maps on the 24th. I will take readings on the dyno during the runs.
What is your opinion on tailpipe AFR results vs. downpipe (prior to cat) AFR results? I read that the latter is much more accurate than the former especially if you are running a cat.
