I've noticed that from a kit we installed about a month ago to mine. Looks like 1 less v-band flange to deal with. The pitch on the wastegate seems almost perfect. It's a little harder to get the dump tube to sit flat while tighting up the clamp but nothing too bad.

That's correct about the kit change. Getting parts from Tial is about impossible. Getting rid of the two extra v-band weld clamps and 1 clamp that was needed to mount the wastegate made it so we can now build a turbo kit with just the supplied fittings in their wastegate kit. It has really helped us keep up with orders for the turbo kits. Seems as though they have really picked up and taken off in the last 6 months.

We rotated the wastegate up towards the manifold as far as possible too so we could make as much room as possible between the radiator. I think with a different mount the fat aftermarket radiators might fit.

Possibly about the radiator. On mine there is about 1" of clearance from the core to the wastegate. I think if the wastegate is angled higher the dump tube might need to be re-designed.

Would you ever consider routing the wastegate back into the 02 housing?

The kit is great, good thing you took out the Vband from the turbo to WG pipe, that thing is a ***** to set right and tighten when on the car!

Is there a way you can overlay the 3076 and the 3065 and the 35R? Seeing where the boost hits on all three and so one would be great. Can't a 3076R trap at 128MPH as well on race gas? Just wondering where the line is on all three turbos here.

I think the FP3065 and the GT35R make the GT3076R obsolete. The FP turbo will spool about the exact same as a GT3076R but make a lot more power.

Got my 3065 kit yesterday. I'm amazed at how big this turbo is!! I'm coming from the world of WRX turbos, so you can imagine this is about 5X the size of even my vf22 turbo.

The Buschur kit includes the turbo, O2 housing, V-band clamps, Tial external wastegate, stainless manifold, gaskets, hoses, LICP, and slim fan. Just incredible.

I'm tryin man! Trust me... there is nothing I want more than to see my full weight stock engine car go 10's the way it sits. I was contemplating buying another set of tires but I want it to do it the way it sits. David also pointed out the day it went 11.0 it was about 92 degree's so if I can make it to the track on a night when its about 70ish with some good track prep I would say its a VERY good possibilty to see a 10 sec pass the way it sits now.

Glad your happy with your purchase. Let us know how that performs on the 9. I am very curious to see the results!

Its VERY poor! Why you ask? Cuz you cant help from running the car at WOT all over the place. j/k

My car actually isnt bad. Mine got 24.3 MPG on the way back from Indy a couple weeks ago. On the way there is was 23.Xmph. Not bad though. Mine is tuned with the AEM and running 780cc injectors.
