we have Lineage grounding kits as well as the Hot Earth. the Lineage kit is made from 4 gauge wire and has crimped then soldered for a solid connection. they retail for $119, we sell them for $99. they smooth out acceleration and add at least 5hp. plus, your power accesories run better under power.

Just installed mitsu's hypergrounding system ($189.00); did the install myself in about one hour and throttle response is much greater, idle's smoothly and is quicker in transition on freeway. Seat-of-the-pants dyno guesstamates 5-6 hp and similar torque. Good investment now waiting forRMR downpipe and cat-back to arrive.

I can't comment on the quality because I'm not an engineer, but as a chemist, I have to laugh when they talk about "oxygen-free". This is just as bad as when I hear bottled-water companies claiming their water has "more oxygen" than the others.

To me, as long as the cable is thick enough, the quality shouldn't matter too much. I would assume that all problems come from the contact points. As long as there isn't too much surface oxidation, I would say it should work fine. But then again, I'm not an engineer.

Hi Articfury, what ODBII probe/software are you using to capture this data?

I just finished installing my HKS earthing kit and damn I've noticed a difference esspecially in the cars idle. When I would be at a complete stop at a traffic light the cars steering wheel used to shake a lot more than it shakes now that the earthing kit is on. I'm super pleased with the results, and installation was extremely easy concidering the instructions were entirely in Japanese. I improvised.

It is not my setup.

A member at my350z.com did the test. He bought it at http://www.obd-2.com .

I hope that helps.
