The irony of Buick GN's is they are torque monsters that turn no RPM and only hook decent. Thus making most on the street not nearly as fast as they could be. Dont get me wrong they are fast. Just need airbags/drag radials/shocks/and proper set up to take full advantage of there powerband. I loved both of my GN's.

Lucky it wasnt Les, Dean or Paul on the road. those buick are on roids! V8 Buicks built to boost.
Glad you got your car tuned!! Just curious how the drivetrain like the clutch, trans and axles are surviving. would like to get an evo later this year probably ship one down new from CA or WA.

Thats awesome! Good kill. Do you have an alky kit? If not, you should get one. IMHO, I don't think 21 psi on a 35R + 2.0 would be much fun. But I wouldn't really know as i've never been in a car with that combo. Mine's pushing 24-25 psi on alky (2.3 & 35R) just while the new block is breaking in and i'm already itching to turn it up. Good luck!

No, it wasn't Al. Its Andy Chan from Speed Element. One of very few Motec certified tuners in U.S. Andy is also very familiar w/ AEM setup as well as its what he is experimenting currently on his MR. His plan is using Motec EMS on his MR soon.

If you're going to get an EVO in Washington go the used route because the northwest mark-up of about $5K is ridiculous. I can't speak for California though. I've had Soldiers take leave all the way to Texas and drive an EVO/STI back 2K or so miles.
